Change Server Location

If you would like to transfer your server to one of our other nodes or regions:

  1. Log in to the Billing Area ↗
  2. Submit a ticket using the following link: https://billing.foliumhosting.net/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=4 
  3. Make sure you select the right service you wish to transfer.
  4. Include the region you would like to transfer to in your message and subject.

Service regions are set during purchase. We reserve the right to deny transfer requests or apply an administrative fee for changes.

Server transfer requests must be submitted by the primary account holder. Panel subusers are not authorised to request region transfers. If your friend gave you access to their server, they need to submit the transfer request through their billing account.
