The Staff Requests page lets you manage requests from Folium Hosting staff to access your server. Staff may need temporary access to help diagnose issues or assist with support tickets.
View Pending Requests
See any pending access requests from Folium Hosting staff.
Accept a Request
Grant a staff member temporary access to your server to help with your support issue.
Deny a Request
Decline a staff access request if you do not wish to grant access.
Staff access is temporary and only granted when you approve the request. Staff cannot access your server without your permission.
