Run the Ban Command

In the Console, type ban [username] some reason, where [username] is the Game Tag of the player you want.

Another option is to IP ban the player: In the Console, type ban-ip [username] some reason, where [username] is the Game Tag of the player you want to ban.

From In-game

To ban someone from in-game, you need to be an Operator. If you don’t know how to OP a player, see How to OP a player.

Join Your Server

Open Minecraft and connect to your server using your server IP.

Run the /ban Command

Type /ban [username] [reason], where [username] is the Game Tag of the player you want to ban and [reason] is the reason for the ban.

Another option is to IP ban the player: Type /ban-ip [username], where [username] is the Game Tag of the player you want to ban and [reason] is the reason for the ban.
