By disabling mob griefing, creepers will not damage blocks when exploding, endermen will not pick up blocks, and skeletons will not destroy item frames, among other effects.
Disabling mob griefing may have unintended consequences, such as villager breeders no longer working. Make sure you understand the effects before applying this change.

Select Your Server
Run the Gamerule Command
In the Console, type gamerule mobGriefing false to disable, or gamerule mobGriefing true to enable.
Check the Current Value (Optional)
Type gamerule mobGriefing to see whether mob griefing is currently enabled or disabled.
You have successfully toggled mob griefing on your server.
