Log In to the Control Panel ↗

Select Your Server

From the server list, select the server you wish to download folders from.

Open the File Manager

Archive the Folder

Click the three dots (…) next to the folder you wish to download, then click Archive. To download multiple folders at once, select them all and click archive on the prompt at the bottom of your screen.

Download the Archive

A new file named archive-(date).tar.gz will be created. Click the three dots (…) next to it and then click Download.

Extract the Downloaded Archive

After the file is downloaded, use a program such as WinRar or 7Zip  to extract the folder(s).
