Folium Hosting operates under a strict non-refundable policy.
Due to the immediate allocation of resources and the instant provisioning of services upon purchase, all sales are final. This applies regardless of usage, cancellation, or account termination.
No Refunds
Folium Hosting does not provide refunds for:
- Unused service time
- Early cancellations
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Account suspensions or terminations due to violations of our Terms of Service
- Accidental purchases or incorrect service selection
Once a service is ordered and provisioned, the associated costs are incurred immediately, making refunds not possible.
Billing Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- Managing their active services
- Cancelling subscriptions before renewal
- Managing any external or legacy payment subscriptions (e.g., PayPal, Stripe)
Failure to cancel a service or subscription does not qualify for a refund or credit.
Exceptions
In rare and exceptional circumstances, compensation (such as service credits) may be granted at our sole discretion. These cases typically relate to:
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) violations (if applicable)
Such compensation:
- Is not guaranteed
- Does not constitute a refund
- Does not imply any obligation to provide refunds
